I honestly can't decide if he just really doesn't know or he's this consistently dishonest. It's hard to pick cuz I have trouble believing he could be that consistent about anything.

@njm1314 @KoboldCoterie he's a conman, so pretty consistent with whichever lies the con depends on, like LEV generally means Low Emission Vehicle. He knows how tariffs work, but won't admit that. Keeping cult members in a disinformation bubble is the whole game.

It think he's role playing as a "wildcard" character. He actually has said he likes being unpredictable to keep people on their toes.
