An observation, but a popular terminal emulator app I use isn't listed: Yakuake

I think it's more about applications used inside the terminal, not so much terminal emulators.

I've been a fan of TUI applications like Lazydocker, Midnite Commander, and such, for making working across SSH sessions easier. One I'm playing with along these days is Lazyjournal, which allows you to easily find a process in a log and just focus on its entries.
