Idk, does it still count as a strawman if you're doing it to make fun of him rather than make an argument against something he said? I don't think it does.
Technically, yes, but we're all supposed to be smart enough to understand context.
What if the straw man is more coherent than the person you're making fun of?
I just think relying on a strawman is not a very good way to make fun of something.
He says so much dumb shit that you don't really have to exaggerate in order to make him sound stupid.
