Ah, again month / year confusion. I should have went slept instead writing that then :)
Just checked: 20 000 rupies is a bit more than a minimal wage here. And the minimal wage in India is around 16k rupees. OK, in that case dude just wanted somethig around minimal wage. That's not much.
