Rule of thumb: anything that's pushed as 'the X killer' won't.

Its definitely not a Balatro killer, but its got a great gameplay loop, entertaining story, and looks to have real longevity.

Id say its closer to a whimsical slay the spire, personally.

There is a steam demo if anyone wants to check it out.
