A quick reverse image search and reading through of different places where this was posted; noone else seems to be suggesting that it's a dead body
Not to mention the eyes move between the top left and other photos and she's pushing the kids hand down in the top right photo...
Based on the age of the woman and the photo, I can almost certainly confirm that they are both dead. I'm sorry.
