They have the actual C & D letter in the pic and there are numerous articles about it. I think it's on you to prove it's not real at this point.

From what I saw, the C&D letters do not look the same as other letterhead from known tesla C&D letters in the wild, and this would be easy to print.

So tesla and the verge (who is owned mostly by comcast) say that it is fake. I'm not saying it isn't fake, but I'm on the fence since both are evil.

Lol, nice try. That's like saying The Verge is credible and so is Fox. But you do you by using The Verge and Tesla as sources on something that makes them look bad. If they take this to court and the guy says it was all made up, I'll believe it then.
