Apparently it's AI generated? Ironically, I used Google lens to search for the image and found people discussing that it was an AI generated Meme... I fucking hate GenAI

text was added manually. if it was all one pass there would be space for the text in the image. image models are sticklers for consistency.

Sometimes anime backgrounds are drawn a bit lazily, I wouldn't say that immediately qualifies it as AI.
