Trying to blame their proxy state instead of the US to redirect blame
yeah, I'm fairly confident Ukraine would not have been able to do this, especially without Amerika's (and probably Germany's) knowledge
the attack happened in nordic waters, unless ukranian spec ops are managing to evade NATO and EU detection its more likely it was sanctioned by them, or given american support.
