Nope the button does nothing - if I disagree with something I either comment, scroll past or block. We can't send or receive federated downvotes either.
...for the most part, unless I see a user personally attacking another user then I switch to my alt on another instance and press that sweet ๐ button ๐ซฃ๐คญ๐คซ
Which communities are blocked other than piracy and !shrooms@sh.itjust.works?
Though admittedly that's enough for me.
I was specifically asking about ommunities. As in still federating with the instance with selected few communities manually blocked. Like lemmy.world did when blocking the piracy ones. They didn't defederate entire instances.
