As an aside, if donnie high vis croaks he needs to do it before the half way point of this term. If he does, then when the jolly plump boy steps up it counts as a full term. If he kicks off after the half way mark, then JD could potentially hold office for 10 years.
There's a non zero chance we don't see trump until his death Feb 2026
