if I was going to school for a fucking neuroscience degree and my professor tried to make me listen to slop she didn't even write for a class I would have complained to the dean

But at this point the dean would be pro-slopcast. The way academia admin has bitten the llm hook is wild.
To make it even worse, a school I went to has hired a bunch of "AI Focused" Education profs to be the middle management of that admin. This is where you can read wonderful press releases which couch AI use in HRmaxxed "progressivism" as though AI systems were of course not designed and pushed by some of the most right wing eugenicist freaks on earth.
