I have one but I never post anything. On those rare occasions I log in, all the corporate bootlicking makes me want to immediately log off.
It is useful for learning which of your coworkers are pathological ass-kissers, though. Seems like the fewer in-demand skills they have, the more they post "motivational" BS on LinkedIn....
