You seem to be implying that this is original, which is awesome! If it gets you outraged or horrified, it has done its job.
The closest thing here is probably Pet Sematary, on both subjects.
Until someone else pointed it out I did not know this was a horror sub in which case I would not have responded in the first place. Still though. Op is giving all of The Sleepwalkers a bad name.
