That’s the joke, yes. Thank you for explaining it. One problem is that software development is not a real profession, so it’s a free for all nightmare.
Also, it’s not once in a while; I’m telling you that I’ve seen trillions of senior positions and a handful of junior or trainee positions.
Yes that was the joke, you always need someone that knows what they're doing or your business is operating on fraud.
