Back in April I snapped this photo at a strip mall in Tempe, near Broadway & Mill Ave:
Didn't think too much about it after that, but I'm glad his handiwork was intriguing and well-known enough that that I can have some closure.
Given the topic, what was so crude you had to censor the rightmost sign?
