I'd rather not mention the org I work with by name for my own security reasons, plus my involvement is limited for now so it would lean more stolen valor until I can increase my involvement.
He can slander them and make strawmen but as soon as they're invited to the same stage now it's evil. Weird how one can create strawmen but can't deal with the actual people.
Online I'm mostly just doing awareness raising, but I'm part of an actual organisation with a goal. Though I'm not sharing any details about that for self-doxxing purposes.
Seeing how much importance and money israel gives to online propaganda it's comical when people say that it is a meaningless endeavor to debunk them.

I'm not a troll, anyone can go through my post and comment history and tell that I put a serious effort into learning and studying theory, discussing it with others, and in recent months have begun doing actual org work IRL (though limited for now). I'm often called a troll as ad hominem meant to discredit anything I say, but that's just not accurate. It's just easy to reduce me to a troll to justify not actually listening to what I say, I suppose.

Oh I'm aware you disagree with me, I'm more referring to users like the MeanwhileOnGrad regulars that stalk my profile for screengrabs devoid of context. There are a few on dbzer0, but most are on Lemmy.world or sh.itjust.works. I'm normally pretty chill with anarchists unless they start attacking me or socialist countries on what I consider a false basis, outside of that I'm happy to work with anarchists or just meme and shitpost with them.
Technical correction on terms, but I am a Marxist-Leninist. Marxism-Leninism-Maoism is more used by groups like The Shining Path of Peru, terrorists that uphold Gonzalo and Pol Pot. Maoists are similar but usually disavow Gonzalo, and are most significant in the Naxalites in India, who I critique theoretically but are worthy of support generally. I uphold Mao as a Marxist-Leninist, as all MLs do, but don't agree with the universality of concepts like protracted people's war.
Additionally, Maoists and MLMs tend to see Actually Existing Socialism as false, basically anything post-Stalin and post-Mao, seeing countries even like Cuba as betrayers of socialism. I disagree, of course.
