I usually don't care about the the title, but your modifications to the original change the meaning of that headline substantially.

What is it with posters here just not understanding this rule? It's like the only rule... Is it bots?

I think this may be more of an issue of the article's title being changed after the post is submitted. If you hover over the link to see the article URL, it originally had the same title as this post
