This is your own thing, so I guess you do you, but you can certainly branch out and make delicious food with more ingredients. No take out doesn't have to be beans and grains only?
Oh definitely, and I do! It's just heavily dried-beans-and-grains based because they're dirt cheap and last for ages and filling and nutritious. I don't have a lot of money... ๐
I'm pretty certain that Budget Bytes taught me how to cook while I was in college.
