I've been noticing some delamination (layer separation), but only on solid infill and top layers, and only on larger surfaces

Initially, I tried reducing speed, but didn't notice any improvement

There are no noticeable issues on short lines, so I think this is something to do with acceleration, which I didn't realise was a thing, but there are indeed settings for this in OrcaSlicer

Update:

Reducing acceleration does seem to have resulted in less severe delamination, but it hasn't gone away completely

So I think I need to reduce it just a little bit more

  • Sovol3D SV06 ACE
  • OrcaSlicer recently gained a built-in profile for exactly this model, and I've had all sorts of issues since switching to that profile (previously I started with a generic printer profile)
  • the new profile is fine on PLA, but PETG is what I'm currently using
  • yeah, I only just learnt about the print visualisation feature, the delamination does seem to frequent the same place on the object/plate
  • it's the 6x6 panel from https://www.printables.com/model/859807-print6-panels
  • the spans from cross hole to cross hole are short and never delaminate
  • the long straight edge-to-edge spans that dodge the holes have been troublesome
  • the plan is to reduce acceleration a bit more, and then (if that doesn't help) reduce speed a bit (I've already reduced speed and filament volume anyway because of PETG)
