It's not passing judgement, you're straight up doing it wrong. It's like you're taking it personally when someone says your plants keep dying because you're over watering them.

Like the other commenter said, if you don't have the means to wash dishes after cooking, then just leave it on the stove dry with food bits in. When you're ready to wash stuff, throw a thin layer of water in, put it on the stove to deglaze the food bits, then dry it off and then wipe with a thin layer of oil and you're good
