I've always (well, almost always) been very fit but one of the antidepressants it killed my boners. No response at all during and for a week after I stopped taking it. It was highly disturbing.
Try Wellbutrin! It doesn’t act on serotonin receptors, so it doesn’t cause sexual issues. In fact, it increases it… by a lot…
They mean that exercise won't have the same sexual side effects that antidepressants can. Not that exercise will negate the sexual side effects of antidepressants.
