Tell me if you know, does EZ have brsinworms, about China or anything else, or is he reliable? I used yo like his coverage on LLMs but haven't listened in a long time because it feels like it's 30% ads that break up my focus too much

Not really? I haven't seen any. I was very much inserting into the title of this post, that isn't his take, he was talking in the article I found this in about this just being a natural problem with current LLM architecture, that the operators have no real ability to control costs or limit user access.
