MODERATORS
I rented a car in Albuquerque, NM once. The lady at the booth said "one in 3 drivers on the road here is drunk- thats not a statistic- if you can see 2 other cars, watch out! All our roads are 4 lanes wide- try to keep a buffer.
They're just high these days. At least that's the only explanation for the absurd number of weed shops
