I get this all the time when I download too much stuff with yt-dlp. I just unplug/plug my router and get a new IP.
For any lurkers I just want to add this will not work for most people as your modem will pull the same IP unless you leave it unplugged for an extended period of time. Extended being 24 hours or more. Worth a try, but it will be a rarity that doing this solves the issue.
I can't get yt-dlp to work any more, it errors out all the time.
