I was a jackass (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

as this post pointed out, I was an asshole, And I took trolling too far, genocide denial or harming the community was not my intention as I was trying to find reasons to troll hexbear through my two accounts, I do not represent Dbzer0 or AN in anyway possible, and that post doesn’t represent my views at all, it was just a shitty attempt at humour that went too far, you could consider this an apology, you have every right to hate me, but if you all have the space in your hearts to forgive me, it would be much appreciated. then again it were probably be best to just ban me as it’s not what I want, but it’s probably best for the community, I have learned from my mistake but i’d never be able to live with it, like anyone else Im not perfect

IMO that's probably true of a lot of westerners who don't claim to be anarchists too. Still, I can't imagine the admins of that instance are OK with "if your have 'authoritarian' leaders then 27 million of you deserve to be killed by nazis". It's such a blatantly genocidal thing to say in service of "trolling" people on the internet.

2 days later and this genocide apologetic user remains a mod of several communities at their home instance and two db0 communities.

I agree it was a terrible take. But I think it's pretty well known by now _cryptagion likes to be a bit of a provocateur. And to be honest, you also have a few users on your instance who make similar hyperbolic statements in the other direction. So, no, I'm not planning to demod him over some inflamed rhetoric about events that happened 80+ years ago. I have removed the offending comments though and I'm satisfied he won't poke the bears in their own den again. And perhaps most importantly, he won't be enabling Kittyroll to get herself into trouble again.

Thanks to everyone who was so kind and forgiving to Kittyroll.
