I have a need to create a new account on mastodon, but I am not familiar with the different instances and servers.

Do any of the other instances defederate from these or vice versa? I'd still like to be able to see posts from other instances.

I think kolektiva is defederated from some because of rather loose moderation but todon is mostly accepted
