That's why I run away from big overstuffed burgers. In my country, people put lettuce, fresh tomatoes and raw onions in burgers like they actually are kebabs. Best burgers I know are toasted bun, patty, fried onions or grilled bacon, 1-2 pickles, and a homemade sauce. No room for escape
