I have somehow found myself doing a lighthearted talk on retro hacking this Wednesday. Would anyone here happen to know anything about it?

The SMB thing was a feature, we had a SMB share in our neighborhood LAN/shared internet access with totally legal movie copies (and sporadically also bestiality material because that was those guys' idea of comedy)
