NEW YORK — Leaders of Young Republican groups throughout the country worried what would happen if their Telegram chat ever got leaked, but they kept typing anyway.

They referred to Black people as monkeys and “the watermelon people” and mused about putting their political opponents in gas chambers. They talked about raping their enemies and driving them to suicide and lauded Republicans who they believed support slavery.

I'd love to say this surprises me, but it does not in the slightest.

Lot of leftists racists on Lemmy along with right wing. I was just banned from memes because I told a Tankie that I lived under communism and it sucked. He then denied that I lived under communism or that I was even brown. I then told him I also hate capitalism for commiting genocide on my people, but the communists weren’t much better to the indigenous. He then told me I was again lying and that communists wouldn’t hurt natives.

I called him out on the racist view so I got banned

Edit: as an indigenous person I’ve seen the most racism out of the left these past two years than anytime and it’s concerning. Downvoting me as if it’s not real isn’t helping. Be better than MAGA.

I don't think your post even comes close to proving your assertion "lot of leftists racists on Lemmy". This sounds like it was plucked straight from the on of reddits many self professed I'm the Victim accounts.
