Ah! I have had the rare opportunity to chef in Barcelona, and it played a major part in my near immediate desire to stay indefinitely... but I chose the "wiser", legally sound route of returning to the US to sort out visa details, etc. That was '05, but I've always dreamed of moving back. 🥲🥰
