The Premier of Alberta, who's full name is Marlaina Danielle Smith. Now that you know, never forget to use it because she hates it! :)
I think she might know all this and playing her own charade for her base. She's "done what she had to do" to secure fed support for a pipeline and it won't happen because of "stupid BC." She also gets another boogeyman to point for the sadness in her base's hearts.
