Any tips? I'm not sure if mine is set up badly or if I'm just bad at using it. Probably both. It either glides without cutting or it bites hard and gets stuck or takes out a stupid chunk.
A few tips.
I'm not sure what the cutting angle should be or if you need a secondary bevel. I will be learning that probably tomorrow when I sharpen mine.
