I'm unironically very glad we're getting another melodramatic super unrealistic Ace Combat game. Despite being a massive plane nerd I much prefer Ace Combat to something like DCS. First person cutscenes are interesting, I just hope that they don't screw it up like they did with Assault Horizon.

It reminds me of Metal Gear in some ways, but with planes.

If we got an Ace Combat game co-directed by Hideo Kojima, that would be wild.
