I'm unironically very glad we're getting another melodramatic super unrealistic Ace Combat game. Despite being a massive plane nerd I much prefer Ace Combat to something like DCS. First person cutscenes are interesting, I just hope that they don't screw it up like they did with Assault Horizon.

Ace combat 7 announcement trailer was 10 years ago, and released in 2019. It's actually been a while.
