I can't bloody shift it! I had the worst of it a couple of weekends ago and every time I feel better, the next day I feel terrible again. A blocked nose is meaning I get fuck all sleep and I keep feeling extremely exhausted.

Next year I'm definitely getting the jab!

Apparently the flu shot this year is based off last year's flu so is ineffective for "superflu"
