I guess they kinda have to do this, or you'd have to keep the same person on breakfast until they retired.

I always found it a little bit comfy that BBC pipelined a lot of the flagship presenters.
Steve Wright going from Radio 1, to Radio 2 as the listeners aged, for example.

I would like to use part of my income to set up a regular monthly charitable donation. I have a couple of charities in mind but really I don't know where the money would be best spent to make a worthwhile difference.

My first thought was Cancer Research UK, but I don't really think my few quid a month will affect their £700m budget at all. Any smaller ones of good reputation?

Mine is literally being held together by two rubber bands.

Suggestions for a new one would be most welcome. Though to be clear, I'm not asking for an idealised wallet, I'm asking for the specific one that you have now that has lasted you X years without complaint

The more worn and frayed, the better

Edit: the above image is just a stock google photo

If you were going to sell your house tomorrow, what would influence your decision the most?

Assume that the difference in money offered isn't that wide, and it comes down to personality.

Who would you want living in your house right now?

  • Married couple?
  • Same religion or beliefs ?
  • Ties to the area?
  • Type of work (Banker? Social worker?)
  • Same cultural background?
  • Has physical skills?
  • Asks a lot of questions about the house?
  • Wears formal attire?

I need ideas guys, I've got my first house viewing tomorrow and I'm pretty low on the ideal candidate ladder.

2008 Peugeot 107 (aka Toyota Aygo/Citreon C1). Around 70.5k miles.

I need to replace the wheel trims because they're peeling a bit but otherwise seems to be in decent condition. I bought a vaccuum, tread depth gauge, some gloves, leather cleaner, cloths, and antifreeze tester.

Anyone have any tips on how best to maintain it/take care of it?

Cheers :)
