Quick question for the group.
Have you had issues recently with deliveries being missed, arriving late, or even going missing altogether?
I’m researching this problem before building anything and trying to understand how frustrating the current delivery system really is for people. I’m especially interested in what usually happens next waiting days, going to a depot, rebooking, etc.

Not so often now but a decade ago I refused to buy anything online because shipping was always nightmare.
