Reroll your character until you spawn in Chongqing. +50% spice tolerance, -50% stamina usage when climbing stairs, debuff to the ability to distinguish "L" and "N"/"F" and "H" when speaking, increased chance of skin irritation when visiting arid/dry biomes. If you spawn in Chengdu, close enough.
