Hi, so I was thinking about moving to Germany or Russia, but I have a question: which one is more open-minded?

If I participate in the exchange program, I will inevitably be in Germany, but as for Germany or Russia (or maybe Latvia or Kyrgyzstan)...

Which of these four countries is the safest?

I heard Latvia is really safe. Maybe Kyrgyzstan too but I can't say, all I know is that a girl who bullied my girlfriend was born there but can't say about the people there...

Germany, especially cities like Berlin, is full of immigrants, no?

Berlin is up to about 30% first and second generation immigrants. It's very international. It's the second largest city in the world for Turkish populations after Istanbul.
