I got fewer headaches at work when I switched over to using light mode, but also turned my monitor's brightness way down. It felt weird initially, but now it seems normal to me, and my co-worker's monitors seem kind of painfully bright to look at.
Probably what i should do but im lazy and monitor brightness controls are never nice to get to or adjust. Its the nit agenda
that's my feeling too. light mode allows the screen itself to be much darker and still have some contrast
