Think they'll hold him for more than the 47hrs they held Chavez? I bet Maduro is out in 30, not because I think Maduro is more bad ass than Chavez just because I think usa is weaker than it was back then.
Don't forget that the empire is more unhinged now, so they could possibly even kill him as a show (but that would be the end of empire 100%)

They hanged Saddam and bragged about it (obviously not the same, Maduro’s so much better), but that depends how insane Trump’s looking.

For the most part, it doesn't. They can kill civilians but their coup attempts have failed and will fail. The US empire is crumbling and this is only going to speed it up.
