hi, im a high school girl struggling with body image. i eat a lot of food and then i make myself vomit and poop afterwards. i am so fat im like 82 kg or 180 lbs and liposuction sounds more and more enticing if thats the word, but i heard ill just have a saggy flap of skin. maybe if not continue to vomit and poop, i will just work out like the fatass i am.

There's many other things to try than looking at liposuction. Please talk to a doctor, and if that doctor recommends liposuction without trying to address why your feeling addicted to food then try another doctor, at least 3 opinions before a surgery like that. You may have a legit addiction to certain chemical reactions within certain foods like some do with the doritos powder, or you could have a deficiency which may make you crave lets say extremely fatty foods when it's really one of the micronutrients that your body is craving that's from said food that'sin a low quantity. Every body is different. An example I get dehydrated kinda easily regardless of the amount of water I drink while also not feeling that thirsty that leads random spasms that make me realize Im dehydrated. That issue is from salt regulation so I have to add salt to my water or drink those European high mineral content waters. Dad and granddad have the same issue so it's genetic.
