I feel like NSFW requests should be allowed, especially since people might not realise something is NSFW until someone translates it. That does introduce some difficulty in tagging it though, and this certainly can be abused.
In Berlin, I sometimes see NSFW tattoos in my local language. When they're on very visible body parts I do wonder if the person was tricked into getting the tattoo, so it seems to me that allowing nsfw content could be helpful in some situations.
I think as a general rule, we can ask users to not request translations of things that are clearly nswf. Like don't upload a clip of adult videos to ask whose name the actress is screaming lol
If they don't realize, then I guess the community would ask the person or me to tag it asap — assuming that is how that works.
