Ah, that's because you're using Lemmy, which doesn't support the feature.

If you use a PieFed instance and client such as MULTIVERSE, you'll be able to see the pronouns field on a user's page.

That's actually interesting, didn't know that (and also have no idea what Piefed actually is, I have to confess...)

Might especially be crucial information to OP, as she might not be aware that the pronouns she supplied on the page aren't visible to a whole bunch of people.
Did you tell her already?

She just went to bed, so I'll have to tell Her when Her timezone hits morning. In the meantime, if you want to learn about piefed you can check out https://piefed.social or https://multiverse.soulism.net and decide if you like the features better.

Personally, I've met the lead devs of both Lemmy and Piefed, and consider the lead dev of Piefed to be a much more pleasant and hardworking person, which explains why Piefed has so many more features. The Lemmy dev team spend most of their time arguing why Stalin's homophobia wasn't so bad, which explains why they don't put out many feature updates.
