I have a bath every night, no matter the weather. 30 mins reading my current book before washing and shaving. I have a bath thermometer and keep the temperature at 43.5 degrees c. Usually some muscle relaxing herbal bath salts. It's the best part of the day. Pure bliss.

If you live in a hot climate then just existing can get you kind of gross.
