MODERATORS
MacOS is proprietary software. They achieve such uniformity by mandating it. That is not what we want. Stop wasting resources chasing such stupid positions.
lol GNOME cannot do the same thing. That's the point. They do not have the leverage Apple does. Now how about you use your brain for the next response instead of stating vapid excuses?

I didn't say anything about whether or not they could do the same thing. I said they shouldn't try. And if you actually read my comment instead of being a complete dick for no reason at all, you might find that we agree.
The article basically says they should try.
"Not what we want" is not going to save you when the topic article is saying exactly that.
