Normies hate choice.
The computer is just an annoying medium they have to interface with to get to email and Facebook. They don't want options, they want consistency. This is why apple is popular, it appeals to this strong desire.
This is why win10 ltsc is the better choice.
Normies hate choice until they're forced into it. Windows is doing that to more and more people every single day.
Don't see the harm to having the fall back ready.
But you're right about W10 IoT LTSC. I'll keep that in mind as an alternative
I strongly suggest you read this book regarding normal people.
