Respect to Trump for not using AI to fix his letters. He could look like he is more capable than an 8 year old but he chooses not to
I feel like this sort of stuff is an intentional insult to the Europeans, like he's not even trying to maintain any sort of decorum. And the key part is that he knows he doesn't have to, no matter what he demands, or how crudely, the Europeans will eventually oblige.
I mean, look at his target audience. Now his supporters are rednecks making him have to simplify and dumber his language. You can search up videos of him speaking in his 30s and tell that he has the ability to speak properly.
There could be an aspect of cognitive decline there as well.
