It may not be the most tasteful comment, would it have been removed if I used fellating?
Honest question, freedom of expression is important (even if not absolute) but censorship for this metaphor when he wouldn't even read it is a bit much IMO

Yes it would (or should). I don't think we should be using sexualized metaphors as demeaning attacks in any circumstances.
